Description:
The subject of this order is "Selection of a supplier of active net electric energy and a coordinator of a balancing group for low voltage for the needs of RZOK-Silistra". The supply of electrical energy must be in accordance with the current ones normative documents: Law on Energy (LE), Rules for Trading in Electric Energy (PTEE) and Rules for Measuring the Quantity of Electric Energy (PIKEE). In terms of planning and negotiating specific quantities of net active electrical energy are applied PTEE. The implementation of the subject of the order includes the performance of the following main activities: Delivery of the necessary quantities of net active electrical energy for low voltage specified in the Technical Requirements and specifications, annex to this documentation, with possible deviations in a positive or negative direction. The estimated amount of electricity does not oblige the Employer to use it. The contracting authority reserves the right to change the consumption quantity depending on the arising need, and the contractor undertakes to supply the necessary quantity of electricity for a day, for a month and for the entire period of supply. Preparation of all necessary documents for the registration of the objects of The contracting authority of the free electricity market and carrying out the full procedure for their registration.
