Description: The subject of the public procurement is the supply of net active electricity low voltage to the objects of the contracting authority, implemented by purchase according to Art. 3, para. 1, item 2 of the Public Procurement Act (PPL) and carrying out the obligations of the Balancing Group Coordinator under the conditions of a liberalized market, forecasting consumption and liability for balancing. The assignor will not pay a fee for participation in a balancing group. In the case of non-bank of electricity, they should be at the expense of the contractor.
The subject of the public procurement includes forecasting of consumption, hourly schedules, full data administration with "electricity system operator" EAD (ESO EAD) as well as balancing responsibility.
