  The procedure for awarding the public contract is for the supply of electricity on a free basis agreed prices according to Art. 100, Art. 101, Art. 102 and Art. 103 of the Law on Energy (EE), Rules for Trading in Electric Energy (PTEE) and the Law on Public Procurement (PPP).
  In the capacity of coordinator of a balancing group, the contractor should:- forecast the consumption of the Contracting Authority's facilities and to carry out planning and negotiation of the specific amounts of low voltage net active electrical energy. Regarding the planning and negotiation of specific amounts of net active electricity, PTEE applies.
