• The director of the Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs - Kyustendil (ODMVR - Kyustendil), public contracting authority within the meaning of art. 5, para. 2, item 13 of the Public Procurement Act (PPA), on the basis of Art. 20, para. 1, item 1, b. "b", in connection with Art. 18, para. 1, item 1 ZOP, conducts an open procedure for the award of a public procurement with object: supply and subject: "Selection of a supplier of net active electrical energy - low voltage, and coordinator of a balancing group for objects supplied with electricity, used by ODMVR - Kyustendil". The contracting authority provides unlimited, full, free and direct access to all documentation through the centralized electronic platform under Art. 39a ZOP, in accordance with the rules for its use under Art. 229, para. 1, item 12 ZOP. The public order is financed from the budget of the ODVMR - Kyustendil.
