• "Selection of supplier of net active electrical energy - medium voltage and coordinator of balancing group for objects supplied with electricity used by DP "Kabiyuk" in 2026 for the term.... The contracting authority opens a public order within the meaning of Art. 5, para. 2, item 13 of the Public Procurement Act (PPA), on the basis of Art. 20, para. 1, item 1, b. "b", in connection with Art. 18, para. 1, item 1 ZOP, conducts an open procedure for awarding a public contract with object: supply, and subject: "Selection of a supplier of net active electricity - medium voltage and coordinator of balancing group for objects supplied with electricity used by DP "Kabiyuk" in 2026 for a period of twelve months". The activities subject to the order are expressed in net delivery quantities of active electrical energy (medium/low voltage) and the selection of a balancing group coordinator for the needs of DP KABIUK" for a period of 12 (twelve) months. The delivery is made at the sites of the Contracting Authority, described in detail in the Technical specification. The estimated amount of electricity is determined on the basis of the consumed amounts for the previous 12 months for all sites of the Contracting Authority. The contracting authority sets requirements for the contractor - to have the necessary fitness (legal capacity) for exercising the activity and possessing a valid license for the activity "electricity trading", with included in the same rights and obligations for the activity "coordinator of a standard balancing group", according to Art. 39, para. 1, item 5 of the Energy Act (ZE), issued by the Commission for Energy and Water Regulation (KEVR), and for foreign persons, a license issued under the conditions of Art. 40, para. 7 ZE.
