Description:
The subject of the public procurement is the selection of a supplier of net active electrical energy for the "Sveta Anna" UMBAL - Sofia JSC.
The deadline for the execution of the procurement is 12 (twelve) months from its award. Participants submit only one offer for complex performance of the order, which is not allowedpresentation of options. The proposed electricity supply activities must meet the minimum requirements of the Contracting Authority set out in the documentation for participation in the procedure.
The Contracting Authority's consumption during the previous 12-month period was 2,224,338 MWh. The estimated quantityelectric energy does not commit the Contracting Authority to absorb it during the period of validity of the contract for public procurement, nor does it limit its consumption.
Payment is made in BGN, by bank transfer, to a bank account specified by the Contractor, deferred, on time, no later than -short of 30 /thirty/ muddydonation days after presentation of invoice.
