The subject of this public procurement is: Service after -sales maintenance of GML/Hacare Medical Equipment
1. Services in service after -sales maintenance include:
Visits after call to diagnose damage (s);
Visits after a call to remove of damage, performing the necessary tests and prevention, to ensure the full functionality of the equipment, in accordance with the manufacturer's requirements;
2. Additional activities and services beyond those under item 1 expressed in additional repairs, and refinements of the existing medical Equipment. Additional activities and services are periodic and will only be carried out if necessary, after a preliminary written request by the contracting authority, depending on its needs. At the request of the contracting authority, the contractor should provide an offer which, after approval by the contracting authority, will be Performs.
