• The subject of the public procurement includes service and maintenance of heating, ventilation and air-conditioning installations (HVAC) and general technical maintenance in Educational and Rehabilitation Rest Bases (UVPB) of the Department of Internal Affairs and Communications. The order is divided into two separate items, as follows: - Separate position No. 1 - "Service and maintenance of heating, ventilation and air-conditioning installations (HVKI) and general technical support in the UVB in the resort "St. St. Constantine and Elena" - Separate position No. 2 - "Service and maintenance of heating, ventilation and air-conditioning installations (HVKI) and general technical maintenance in the UVPB in the city of Bansko" This public procurement covers the following activities: 1. Maintenance of the facilities in the heating installation of the UVPB site in the city of "St. St. Константин и Елена“; 2. Subscription service and maintenance of facilities and equipment, including technical maintenance of the heating installation; servicing of ventilation and air-conditioning installations and servicing and general technical maintenance, related to the maintenance of facilities and equipment from the electrical, water and plumbing installations and other material base of UVPB, technical maintenance of installations to an indoor swimming pool and a small outdoor children's pool, incl. the built-in elements, the filtration and the pumps to the swimming pool and children's pool in the UVPB in the resort "St. St. Constantine and Helena"; 3.
