Construction supervision is carried out within the mandatory scope in accordance with the requirements of ZUT, the requirements of Ordinance No. 3 of 2003 on drawing up acts and protocols during construction, taking into account the requirements of the Ordinance on the essential requirements for construction and assessing the conformity of construction products and all legal and by-laws in the field ofenergy efficiency in Bulgaria
