The subject of the public order is "Service support of an information system for public register of enterprises with low and high risk potential falling within the scope of chapter seven, section one of the Environmental Protection Act (EPA)".
The scope of service support of the information system includes:
• weekly review of system logs for problems including unauthorized access attempts;
• monthly prevention of software applications (internal system and public site) and the database;
• elimination of technical malfunctions leading to complete or partial loss of functionality of the information system - within the same day and for a duration no longer than one working day;
• changes in the functionality of the software applications if necessary, for example in case of regulatory changes, addition of new accounting systems, etc., with a workload not exceeding ten man-days for the entire period of the contract;
• sending email address service of user inquiries and problem reports, as well as a business day hotline for emergency issues;
• within the term of the contract and if necessary, the Contractor may be required to perform a one-time migration of the information system to other IT infrastructure including:
