Description:
This order is for service software support and on-site consulting for IBM SPSS licenses for the needs of the National Statistical Institute. Support is for one year and includes the following activities:
• delivery of new sub-versions (update) and major versions (upgrade) of the products,
for the term of the media contract;
•consultations by phone, regarding the maintenance and operation of products
- every working day from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.;
• an unlimited number of requests for solving problems (cases) to IBM, in case of need when escalating a problem;
• service is carried out through a single entry point (help desk) for all technical issues. Access to the single entry point is via telephone, fax and e-mail;
• servicing is performed by certified specialists
with working language - Bulgarian;
• the response time is up to two hours after receiving the request at the single point of entry for service.
Providing consultations and performing on-site service activities at the request of NSI, up to 25 man-hours for the installed IBM SPSS licenses in NSI such as:
• the request response time is up to four hours after receipt and at the single service entry point;
• the consultations are carried out by certified qualified specialists in the Bulgarian language.
1. Performance guarantee:
Before concluding the contract, the participant designated as the contractor shall provide a guarantee for the performance of the contract in the amount of 10% (ten percent) of the contract value without DDS.
