The subject of the public order is the delivery of 60 licenses for the use of the ServiceNow cloud platform of the ITIL type, which allow the DP RVD to manage the following IT processes: 1. Configuration Management Process; 2. Incident Management Process; 3. Process for problem management (Problem Management); 4. Change Management Process; 5. Request Management Process; 6. Knowledge Management Process (Knowledge Management); 7. Service Level Management process. The requirements for the execution of the order are described in the Technical Specification of the Contracting Authority.
