- The service under this order is for carrying out activities for the preliminary treatment of the mixed household waste generated in the settlements within the Sapareva Banya municipality. To perform the same, the selected contractor should have the necessary technical and human resources for securitydevelopment of the necessary technological processes. In this regard, in order to implement the necessary activities within the scope of the order, it is necessary for the selected contractor to have a separation installation (owned by the contractor, rented or used on another legal basis), means of transportation and/orand transfer for subsequent recovery of the separated recoverable waste and transportation and/or transfer for disposal to/at a landfill of the remaining recoverable waste after separation.
