• Description:
• The subject of this contract is the design and implementation of construction (engineering) "Reconstruction and completion of the water supply and sewerage network of the town of Targovishte". The public order includes design (development of an investment project in phase working project), CMR for the site, as well as author supervision during construction: Review and analysis of the available project documentation for the planned activities, incl. establishing the need for changes (if applicable) in the project before developing the project in the next phase; Preparation of an investment project in the Working project phase for the Site in accordance with Ordinance No. 4 of 21.05.2001 on the scope and content of investment projects, ZUT and implementing by-laws му; Assistance in the conformity assessment of the completed project and its subsequent approval by providing the necessary data and information; Execution of construction and assembly works (CMS) and any other accompanying and related activities necessary for implementation of SMP, in accordance with the regulatory requirements and the scope and content of the approved project; Carrying out copyright supervision under ZUT, incl. fabrication of details during construction that are impossible to fabricate at the stage of investment design, technical solutions, refinements and changes to the project, technological control and assistance in putting the site into operation; Preparation of executive documentation, cadastral survey...
