• Description:
• The subject of this order is the design and implementation of construction (engineering) "Reconstruction, expansion and modernization of the WWTP - Targovishte".
  The public order includes design (development of an investment project in the technical project phase), CMR for the site, as well as the implementation of author's supervision during construction.
  establishing the need for changes (if applicable) in the project before developing the project in the next phase;
  Preparation of an investment project in the Technical phase project for the object according to Ordinance No. 4 of 21.05.2001 on the scope and content of investment projects, the Law on Territorial Planning and the by-laws on its implementation;
  Assistance in the conformity assessment of the completed project and its subsequent approval through provision the necessary data and information;
  Implementation of construction and assembly works (C&M) and any other accompanying and related activities necessary for the implementation of C&M, in accordance with the regulatory requirements and the scope and content of the approved project;
  Carrying out copyright supervision under ZUT, incl. elaboration of details during construction, technical solutions, refinements and changes to the project, technological control and assistance in putting the site into operation;
