• Description:
• The subject of the order includes the following activities: •Review and analysis of the available project documentation for the planned activities, incl. establishing the need for changes (if applicable) in the project before developing the project in the next phase; •Preparation of an investment project in the Technical project phase for the Facility according to Ordinance No. 4 of 21.05.2001 on the scope and content of investment projects, the ZUT and the by-laws on its implementation; •Assistance in the evaluation of compliance of the completed project and its subsequent approval by providing the necessary data and information; •Performance of construction and installation works (CMP) and any other accompanying and related activities necessary for the implementation of CMP, in compliance with regulatory requirements and the scope and content of the approved project; •Performance of copyright supervision under ZUT, incl. production of details during construction that are impossible to produce in the stage of investment design, technical solutions, refinements and changes to the project, technological control and assistance in putting the site into operation; • Preparation of executive documentation, cadastral surveying of the entire construction and submission to the relevant geodesy office, cartography and data cadastre according to Art. 54a para. 2 of the Law on Cadastre and Land Registry; Preparation of: • Commissioning program for conducting single and 72-hour tests before putting the site into operation; •...
