Description:
Review and analysis of the available project documentation for the planned activities, incl. establishing the need for changes (if applicable) in the project before developing the project in the next phase;
Preparation of an investment project in the Working project phase for the Site according to Ordinance No. 4 of 21.05.2001 d. on the scope and content of the investment projects, ZUT and the by-laws on its implementation;
Assistance in the conformity assessment of the completed project and its subsequent approval by providing the necessary data and information;
Implementation of construction and assembly works (SMP) and any other accompanying and related activities necessary for the implementation of the SMP, in accordance with the regulatory requirements and the scope and content of the approved project;
making details during construction that are impossible to be made in the stage of investment design, technical solutions, refinements and modifications of the project, technological control and assistance in putting the site into operation;
Preparation of executive documentation, cadastral surveying of the entire construction and submission to the relevant geodesy office, cartography and data cadastre according to Art. 54a para. 2 of the Law on Cadastre and Land Registry;
Preparation of:
Commissioning program for conducting single and 72-hour tests before putting the site into operation;
