• Description:
• Subject and scope of the order: Review and analysis of the available project documentation for the planned activities, incl. establishing the need for changes (if applicable) in the project before developing the project in the next phase; Preparation of an investment project in the technical project phase for the Object according to Ordinance No. 4 of 21.05.2001 on the scope and content of the investment projects, ZUT and the by-laws on its implementation; Coordination of the project with all control bodies, operational companies and institutions according to the requirements of the regulatory framework; Obtaining all necessary opinions and permits according to Bulgarian legislation; Ensuring the compliance assessment of the investment project; Ensuring lawful commencement of construction; Execution of construction and assembly works and any other accompanying and related activities necessary for the execution of the construction, in accordance with the regulatory requirements, the requirements of the Employer, the drawings and the tables; Carrying out author's supervision on the PPE, technical solutions, refinements and changes to the project, technological control and assistance in putting the facility into operation; Preparation of executive documentation, cadastral surveying of the entire construction and provision of data to the relevant geodesy, cartography and cadastre office according to Art. 54a para. 2 of the Law on Cadastre and Land Registry; Training of the Employer's staff, monitoring and support of explo...
