- The subject of the order is specialized maintenance of the information and communication infrastructure of BNT. The scope of the order includes, but is not limited to, the following activities: • Remote monitoring, management, update and backup of operating parameters, firmware and current status; • Receiving and registering incidents / damage reports; • Making a decision on the priority of execution of the relevant request; • Diagnosis and analysis of problems / incidents; • Proactive actions for troubleshooting and troubleshooting. A detailed description of the current state of the communication and information structure of BNT, as well as the requirements of the Employer for the implementation of the activities included in the subject of the order, is contained in the Technical specification, an integral part of the participation guidelines.
