• "Specific trainings for the management team of "Electricity Distribution Networks West" EAD on the topic: "Safety and efficiency management in the energy sector in the conditions of dynamic changes, digital... The Management Board of "Electrical Distribution Networks West" EAD opens and conducts a procedure for awarding a public procurement of the "open" type on the basis of Art. 132 in connection with Art. 18, para. 1, item 1, art. 19, para. 2 and Art. 20, para. 1, item 3, b. "b" of the Public Procurement Act (PPA), in order to conclude a contract to conduct trainings for the company's management staff in connection with the management of safety and efficiency in the energy sector in the conditions of dynamic changes, digital transformation and sustainable development, challenges to linear managers and team leaders of "Electric Distribution Networks Zapad" EAD". The purpose of the trainings is for group, sector, department and division managers to increase their abilities to manage safety and efficiency when working with their teams. In the result is to conduct specific training for mid-level managers, tailored to their job description and to the future dynamics in the energy sector given the green transition and digitalization. Managers' participation in the training program will guarantees the assimilation of an optimal level of knowledge and skills and the sharing of good practices in the various structures of "Electricity Distribution Networks West" EAD and the business on a national and international level.
