The subject of this public procurement is "Study, Constructive expertise, preparation of a Technical Passport, Conceptual Project, documents for assessing the need for EIA and Technical Specification for awarding the design and construction (engineering) of the site "Reconstruction of the Radomir Station Complex" under project: "Reconstruction of station complexes Pernik and Radomir". The scope of the public procurement includes the following activities: Architectural photography of the reception building and surrounding space; Constructive surveying and surveying of a station reception building Radomir; Preparation of a Structural Expertise on the bearing capacity of the reception building; Structural expertise report with recommended measures to rehabilitate and strengthen the structure in accordance with current regulations. Full Technical inspection of all installations and systems / Water supply and sewerage; Heating, ventilation and air conditioning; Electrical high-current and low-current installations and systems/, incl. and of external communications to service provider connection points. Applying survey data for internal and external communications to Architectural Survey drawings; Energy efficiency survey of the reception building. Compilation of Technical Passport for the reception building of Radomir station.
