Whole genome sequencing study with long reads (Long-read WGS) using Oxford Nanopore (ONT) technology for the needs of NIG 3.1.9, NIG 3.1.10, MP3 and MP4 in implementation of project BG-RRP-2.004-0004-C01 "Strategic research and innovation program for the development of Medical University - Sofia", financed by NPVU The subject of this public procurement includes whole-genome sequencing with long reads (Long-read WGS) using the Oxford Nanopore (ONT) technology, in two positions to implement the activities of scientific groups NIG 3.1.9 and NIG 3.1.10 and small projects MP3 and MP4.
