The subject of the public procurement includes subscription and out -of -warranty activities Maintenance of 5 laser printers for printing on endless paper brand "MicroPlex", model "Solid F40" for the needs of the Directorate -General for Civil Registration and Administrative Services (DG GRAO) at the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works (MRDPW).
The maximum permissible value of the contract is in the amount of BGN 163 400.00 (one hundred sixty -three thousand four hundred) BGN without VAT, distributed as follows:
-Maximally permissible value for subscription support activities is BGN 58,000.00 (fifty -eight thousand) BGN excluding VAT.
-Maximally permissible value for activities For out -of -sales maintenance - if necessary, the use of spare parts is BGN 105 400.00 (one hundred and five thousand four hundred) BGN without VAT.
The contracting authority pays the services provided at prices calculated on the basis of the offered monthly price/unit prices indicated in the price offer of the selected Contractor.

Performance deadlines are as follows:
