The order includes the selection of a contractor to perform out-of-warranty subscription support of the Contracting Authority's office equipment - computers, laptops, hardware and software, printers, scanners, copiers, monitors, UPS devices, modems, routers and others, for a period of 24 months". Support covers available at the opening of the procedure office equipment and the acquired one after that moment, and at the time of opening the procedure the available office equipment is as follows: NUMBER OF OFFICE EQUIPMENT INCLUDED FOR MAINTENANCE: ►computer configurations (monitor + computer) - 13 no. ►laptops - 2 pcs. ►UPS devices - 10 pcs. ►printers, MFPs, copiers and scanners - 12 pcs. ►peripheral devices; ►network equipment, modems, routers, etc. The contractor will have the obligation to keep the computer equipment in working order and peripheral devices of the Contracting Authority for the duration of the contract, by performing: Initial review of the equipment subject to subscription; Periodic technical preventive examinations - monthly; Troubleshoot software and hardware issues arising in connection with the operation of the equipment; At the request of the Contracting Authority, the contractor carries out repairs of portable computers, presentation equipment, active network equipment, repair and adjustment of defective blocks and knots; Eliminates accidents that have occurred on site at the Employer during working hours - from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. When a complex defect is detected, the Contractor replaces the defective device...
