The object of the public procurement is: "deliveries of goods, carried out through purchase..." in the sense of Article 3, Paragraph 1, Item 2 of the Civil Code, and the secondary object is "the provision of services", on the basis of Article 3, para. 1, item 3 of the Civil Code.
