Description:
The subject of the public procurement is the performance of subscription maintenance, service and delivery of spare parts for air conditioning equipment, split systems and conventional air conditioners in the "St. Anna" UMBAL - Sofia JSC.
The deadline for the execution of the order is 24 (twenty four) months from signing a contract. The equipment subject to subscription out-of-warranty service, the nature of the service activity and prevention are described in a technical specification prepared by the Contracting Authority and representing an integral part of the procedure. Participants submit only one offer for complex performance of the order,while the presentation of variants is not allowed.
The offered services must meet the requirements of the Employer, laid down in the documentation for participation in the procedure. The nature and quantity of the requested spare parts are determined by the specific needs of the Contracting Authority, depending on the ascertainedand equipment damage for the duration of the contract.
