- The public procurement is for the conclusion of a framework agreement and includes the following activities:
1. Subscription service of an information system for holding auctions for government securities (ADC) in the BNB. The subscription service is carried out according to the scope and requirements detailed in Tech. specification and con the basis of a sent Request to supplement an offer;
2. Design, development and implementation of improvements, changes and additions (functional development) of the System according to the main guidelines for the development of the System, based on a request for supplementing an offer; A total volume ofthe activities of functional development of the System for the entire term of the framework agreement up to 6,500 man-hours;
3. Warranty support of relevant System updates. After the expiration of the relevant warranty support period, the service of the relevant updates becomes part of a subscriptionthe service of the system under item 1 based on a notification/request from the contracting party.
