• Description:
• Subscription service maintenance of automatic fire alarm, gas alarm and fire extinguishing installations and the Centralized monitoring system built in production and administrative facilities on the territory of TPP Maritsa East 2 EAD, according to technical requirements for a period of 3 years. The procuring entity will conclude framework agreements separately with three potential contractors ranked from first to third place inclusive, provided that there are a sufficient number of offers that meet the pre- the announced conditions of the Contracting Authority. Provided that there are not a sufficient number of participants who meet the selection criteria, or a sufficient number of offers that meet the previously announced conditions of the Contracting Authority, the Contracting Authority may conclude framework agreement and with less than three potential contractors. For the conclusion of each specific contract that is awarded under the framework agreement, the Contracting Authority will conduct an internal competitive selection by sending an invitation to participate to all persons, with which has already concluded a framework agreement according to Art. 82, para. 4 of the ZOP, and will determine the executor of the relevant contract based on the criterion: "lowest price". The assignment of the internal competitive selection takes place in strict compliance with the conditions of the framework agreement, and the contracts concluded on its basis cannot contradict it, nor substantially change its terms. The framework agreement will be concluded for a value of up to 2,430,390.00 /two million fours...
