• Description:
• The object of this public procurement is a "service" within the meaning of Art. 3, para. 1, item 3 of the Civil Code. The scope, volume and requirements for the execution of the public procurement for each specific item are described and regulated in the Technical Specification, PART 2 of the present documentation for participation, with a "List of equipment" and "List of elements and parts" attached to each item (Total number of equipment subject to service maintenance - 58 units; Volume of parts - 816 units). The execution of the subscription service maintenance of elevator systems, includes: subscription emergency and service maintenance of elevators, labor, prevention, lubrication, cleaning, adjustment and adjustment activities, the performance of all functional checks (once a month) and technical services of the elevators and their equipment (six times a year), defined in the current regulatory documents, as well as 24-hour continuous emergency service, repair activities and/or replacement of elements and parts with original or analogue ones, according to the Ordinance on the safe operation and technical supervision of elevators, in order to ensure their safe and accident-free functioning (if necessary, also renovating the facilities). The contractor will carry out the activities assigned to him according to the requirements of the Contracting Authority and the legal and by-laws regulating the activities included in each specific item.
