Description:
In the execution of the contract, the contractor is obliged to remedy all unforeseen damage arising from the operation of the building fund of the Municipal Revenue Directorate to the Sofia Municipality, performing the following technical services, after the request of the contracting authority, through the coordinator under the contract, namely:
1.1. Water supply installations;
- removal of leaks from plumbing and their consequences;
- replacement of batteries, valves, taps, etc.;
- Replacement of pipes, sinks and toilets.
Sewage installations;
- Removal of leaks from sewer installations and the consequences of them;
- Channel opening;
Heating installations;
- Removal of leaks from heating installations and the consequences of them;
Other types of technical services:
"Small tin services;
- carpentry services;
- glass services;
- paint services;
- welding, masonry, installation services.
