• Description:
• The subject of the order covers the supply of lubricants, antifreeze, brake fluid and wiper fluid, including vehicle servicing services for the needs of the Municipality of Plovdiv and its structural units, with the exception of the units that have a contract with the same subject. The subject of the order covers periodical delivery of goods, including vehicle servicing services, in accordance with the technical specification and samples of the technical and price proposal - an integral part of the documentation.
  The goods that the participant offers to fulfill the subject of the order must be in accordance with the requirements of the contracting authority, as well as:
  • in accordance with the Employer's specification, or equivalent/s;
  • new and unused, ensuring normal and trouble-free operation for the period of their validity;
  • with a remaining shelf life of not less than 2/3 of the total shelf life of the specific product, calculated from the date of delivery;
  • packaged and labeled in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  The conditions under which the subject of the order will be implemented, as well as the rights and obligations of the contracting authority and the contractor, are according to: the project of contract; the technical specifications; the contractor's technical and price proposal.
  The contract, which will be concluded with the participant designated as the contractor, is valid for 12 (twelve) months.
