- The subject of the order is the periodic supply of medical devices and medicinal products for the needs of "Dr. Teodosi Vitanov" EOOD upon prior request, according to the specification attached to the documentation for participation in the procedure. The deadline for the execution of the order is 12 (twelve) months fromconclusion of a contract for periodic deliveries depending on the needs of the Contracting Authority. The delivery term is at the offer of the participant in hours not longer than 24 hours from the receipt of a written request from the Contracting Authority.
The procedure covers two separate positions. Offers can be paward:
- for the entire procedure
- for one or both specific positions
The participant submits only one offer, according to the conditions specified in the participation documentation. The offered medical devices and medicinal products should meet the minimum requirements laid down in the specification preparedот Възложителя.
