• Description:
• The supplier of electric energy and coordinator of the balancing group supplies for the needs of the Municipality of Sapareva Banya, for a period of 36 (thirty-six) months, starting from the date of registration of the first supply, net active electric energy medium and low tension. The price for the supply of 1 MWh of net electrical energy is uniform for all tariff zones (peak, day and night) and is formed from the weighted average monthly price for the supply of 1 MWh of net electrical energy, according to the hourly consumption of the sites of the Contracting Authority and the hourly prices of the Bulgarian Independent Energy Exchange of the "Day Ahead" market segment in BGN with VAT, increased by the fixed surcharge proposed in the Participant's Price Proposal, and the price does not include VAT, excise duty, fees for access and transmission, "duty to society", network charges and other payments determined by ESO and/or the relevant network operator and/or regulatory authorities. The municipality of Sapareva Banya should be included in a balancing group, not in the balancing group to additionally charge amounts for surplus and deficit of the imbalances. The quality of the supplied electrical energy must meet the current national standards and regulations. Continuity of the power supply should be ensured during delivery and yes electrical energy is supplied with quality and in order, as provided for in the Energy Act (EL) and other legal acts that regulate public relations related to the supply of electrical energy...
