Description: The order includes delivery activities, installation and commissioning of a water cooling system for ventilation and air conditioning of operational halls of a cardiac surgery at the University Hospital "St. George" EAD, as well as concomitant construction and all necessary action to commission of the new system as well as warranty maintenance detailed in the technical specification of the contract. The Contracting Authority shall draw up the subject matter of the contract only if necessary and financial collateral in the CPC within 12 months of the conclusion of the contract and shall not be liable in the event of a failure to award a letter within that time limit.
