- The object of the public procurement is "delivery of goods carried out by purchase" according to the meaning of Art. 3, para. 1, item 2 of the Public Procurement Act (PPA) and has as its subject the conclusion of a contract for the supply and purchase of, according to the conditions and requirements of the contracting authority.
Any interested person may submit an offer provided that it meets the requirements of the PPA, the Regulations for the Implementation of the PPA and the requirements of the contracting authority specified in the notice and documentation for participation.
The subject of the order includes estimated quantities for the contract period of 36 (thirty-six) months, as follows:
