- The subject of this procedure is "Supply of construction materials for the needs of the Municipality of Primorsko", divided into positions: Specific position No. 1 - "Supply of concrete products", Specific position No. 2 - "Supply of concrete".

Deliveries will be carried out free of charge from the Purchaser's warehouse with an address in the city of Primorsko.
The cost of transportation for the delivery is at the expense of the supplier. Each delivery must be accompanied by a receipt-transmission protocol, whichtwo to be signed by representatives of the Contractor and the Contracting Authority, respectively by a person authorized by him.
Term of delivery of the materials under separate item No. 1 up to 3 (three) calendar days from the request of the Contracting Authority.
Term of delivery of the materials under a separate position #2 up to 1 (one) calendar eone of the request of the Contracting Authority.
