- The subject of the public procurement is "Supply of medicines for the needs of "MBAL-Isperih" EOOD", divided into 2 /two/ separate items. Each separate item contains a different number of nomenclature units, as follows: Separate item 1 - "Medicinal products included in Appendix No. 2 of Positivesthe drug list". The separate item includes 128 independent nomenclatures of medicinal products described in detail in the Technical Specification;
Separate item 2 - "Medicinal products that are outside of Annex No. 2 of the Positive Drug List" - 54 nomenclature units; Techthe technical and functional requirements of the Contracting Authority for the medicinal products are described in detail in the Technical Specification - Annex No. 1. Receive offers is opened in a public place by the commission appointed by the Contracting Authority in the selection of Art. 103 and Art. 104 of the ZOP in the CAIS EOP through a public link in generalthe order.
