• The assignor of this open procedure, assigned in accordance with the Law on Public Procurement, is the director of TP "DGS Petrich", city of Petrich, authorized by Order No.RD-07-77/03.02.2025. from the director of the SZDP DP - the city of Blagoevgrad. The procedure is found at ground Art. 18, para. 1, item 1 of the Civil Code. This public procurement has the subject: "Supply of electrical energy and selection of a balancing group coordinator for the needs of TP "DGS Petrich", town of Petrich according to the attached list of users and is for the award of supply of electricity at the point of measurement at freely agreed prices, according to Art. 92, Art. 96a, Art. 100, Art. 101, Art. 102 and Art. 103 от Закона за енергетиката (ЗЕ) и Правилата за търговия с електрическа енергия за захранване на ползвателите, indicated in the participation documentation, from a low voltage network. The subject of the order also includes the administration of the amounts for the legally determined fees, network services and excise duty. The same will be paid by the client to the contractor.
