• "Supply of electrical energy and selection of a coordinator of a balancing group for the needs of TP "DGS Belitsa" for a period of 36 months" The current public procurement is with the subject: "Supply of electrical energy and selection of a balancing group coordinator for the needs of TP "DGS Belitsa", according to the attached list of users, and is for the assignment of the supply of electrical energy to the metering point at freely agreed prices, according to Art. 92, Art. 96a, Art. 100, Art. 101, Art. 102 and Art. 103 of the Law on Energy (ZE) and The rules for trading electricity for powering the users specified in the participation documentation from a low-voltage network. The subject of the order also includes the administration of the amounts for the legally determined fees, network services and excise duty, which will be paid by the Employer to the Contractor. A contract for combined services will be concluded with the Contractor in the sense of art. 11, item 10 and under the conditions of art. 20 of PTEE (Rules for Trading in Electric Energy). The participant selected as the Performer follows to have concluded a framework contract under Art. 11, item 13, in connection with Art. 23 of the Rules for Trading in Electric Energy with Elektrorazpradelenie Zapad AD in its capacity as operator of the distribution network.
