• "Supply of electrical energy and selection of a coordinator of a balancing group for the needs of TP "DGS Strumyani", for a period of 36 months" according to the attached list of users for the assignment of the supply of electrical energy to the metering point according to freely agreed prices, according to art. 92, Art. 96a, Art. 100, Art. 101, Art. 102 and Art. 103 of the Energy Act (E) and the Rules for Trading in Electric Energy to supply the users specified in the participation documentation from a low-voltage network. The procedure is conducted with the aim of selecting a supplier of net electric energy, coordinator of a standard balancing group, full administration of the information flow with the Electricity System Operator (ESO) and assuming the costs of imbalances for the sites of TP "DGS Currents" specified in the Technical Specification, part of the participation documentation. The selected supplier should provide the Employer with consumption forecasting and balancing responsibility. The subject of the order also includes administration of the amounts for the statutory fees, network services and excise duty. The same will be paid by the client to the contractor. In connection with the above, a contract for combined services will be concluded with the contractor within the meaning of Art. 11, item 10 and under the conditions of Art. 20 from PTEE (Electricity Trading Rules).
