- The object of this public procurement is "delivery" within the meaning of Art. 3, para. 1, item 2 of the Public Procurement Act.
The scope, volume and requirements for the execution of the public procurement are described and regulated in the Technical Specification, PART II of the participation documentation.
The contractor will carry out the assignedits supplies in accordance with the requirements of the Contracting Authority and the legal and by-laws regulating the activities included in the specific public procurement.
The subject of the procurement includes the supply of net active electrical energy by the coordinator of a standard balancing group, as well asall legally defined fees, excise duty payable and network services (for combined services under Article 11, item 10 of PTEE), which the Contracting Authority pays to the Contractor at the current and determined by KEVR and/or other competent authority prices, for the relevant period on the basis , received from the network operator informationия.
