- The subject of this public procurement is the supply of low-voltage electricity (LV) at freely agreed prices and the selection of a balancing group coordinator for the needs of KONPI sites, in accordance with the Energy Act (EE), the Rules for Trading in Electric Energy (PTEE) and Rulesfor measuring the amount of electrical energy (PIKEE).
This public procurement is mixed within the meaning of Art. 11 of the Public Procurement Act (PPA) and includes activities with the object of delivery of goods through purchase under Art. 3, para. 1, item 2 of the ZOP, as well as activities with the object of providing services pabout Art. 3, para. 1, item 3 of the ZOP.
The proposed fixed commercial allowance cannot exceed BGN 20.00 without VAT for 1 MWh of net active electrical energy.
On the basis of Art. 104, para. 2 of the PPA, the contracting authority foresees the evaluation of the technical and price proposals of the participants in the present procedurefor award to be carried out before conducting pre-selection.
