Description:
The subject of this order is the conclusion of a contract with one contractor after conducting a procedure under Art. 18, para. 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act (PPA), for the selection of a supplier of active net electric energy and a coordinator of a balancing group for objects provided for managementof the Ministry of Agriculture and Food (M3X), as well as the implementation of all activities, according to the requirements of the contracting authority, described in detail in the Technical Specification.
The order is announced in connection with Directive 2009/72/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 July 2009 regarding generalthe rules for the internal electricity market and for the repeal of Directive 2003/54/EC and Chapter Nine, Section VII "Transactions at freely negotiated prices" of the Energy Act ZE/2003
