The subject of this public procurement is "Supply of electricity - low voltage (LV) at freely agreed prices for the needs of the municipality of Kaolinovo".
The purpose of the public procurement is to select a supplier of electricity and coordinator of a balancing group, according to the regulationsof the Electricity Trading Rules (PTEE), by concluding a contract for combined services within the meaning of Art. 20 of PTEE, namely purchase of electric energy and payment of all services used by the contracting authority as an end customer: "access to the power transmission and/or power distributornetwork", "transmission of electricity through the electricity transmission and/or electricity distribution network" and "responsibility for balancing", as well as settlement of relations in connection with the payment of amounts due for network services for the relevant price period.
