- The subject of this public procurement is the supply of low-voltage (LV) electrical energy at freely agreed prices and the selection of a coordinator of a balancing group for the needs of sites of the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC), in accordance with the Law on the Energy Agency (EE), the Rules for Trading in Electric Energy (PTEE) and the Rules for Measuring the Quantity of Electric Energy (PIKEE). The purpose of the public procurement is to select a supplier of active electricity and a coordinator of a standard balancing group, according to PTEE, by concluding a contract for combined services within the meaning of art. 20 in connection with Art. 11, item 10 of PTEE - sale of electricity and payment for all services used by the contracting authority as an end customer: "access to the electricity transmission and/or distribution network", "transmission of electricity through the electricity transmission and/or distribution network" (network services) and "responsibility for balancing" as well as settlement of relations in relation to the payment of the amounts due for network services for the relevant price period.
