Separate position No. 1 - Delivery of gases for medical use - medicinal products, for the needs of the UMBAL "Sveta Marina" EAD Separate position 2 - Delivery of gases for medical use - medical devices, for the needs of UMBAL "Sveta Marina" EAD Object of the public order is a delivery within the meaning of art. 3, para. 1, item 2 of the Public Procurement Act (PPA). The subject of the public procurement in accordance with Article 18, Paragraph 1, Item 1 of the Public Procurement Act is the selection of a contractor for the following specific positions: Specific position No. 1 - "Supply of gases for medical use - medicinal products, for the needs of UMBAL "Sveta Marina" EAD" - estimated value in the amount of €107,895.37 (one hundred and seven thousand eight hundred and ninety-five euros and thirty-seven eurocents) excluding VAT Separated item No. 2 - "Supply of gases for medical use - medical devices, for the needs of UMBAL "Sveta Marina" EAD" - with an estimated value of €48,474.73 (forty-eight thousand four hundred and seventy-four euros and seventy-three euro cents) without incl.
