• Description:
• The order includes the following activities: - Activity 1 - Delivery of two sets of mobile railway vehicles, consisting of 1 (one) number of mobile railway vehicles for catenary network renewal (installation and dismantling of catenary wire and carrying rope) and 1 (one) mobile railway vehicle for catenary maintenance and installation; - Activity 2 - Homologation of rolling stock, including: - Pre-reservation of a European number on vehicle (EVN) in the Executive Agency "Railway Administration" (IAZHA) for each unit of rolling stock; - Provision of permission for the type of vehicles, according to Ordinance No. 57 of 06/09/2004 to achieve interoperability of the national railway system with the railway system within the European Union (promulgated, SG No. 55 of 2004, amended, No. 60 of 2004, amended and supplemented, No. 91 of 2005, No. 55 of 2006, amended, No. 59 of 2006, amended and Supplement, No. 88 of 2007, No. 84 of 2010, no. 5 of 2012, supplement, no. 3 of 2013, amended and supplement, no. 71 of 2013, no. 106 of 2013, no. 4 of 2015, no. 1 of 2016, no. 85 of 2017, no. 70 of 2019, no. 77 of 2020) / (Ordinance No. 57) introducing the requirements of Directive (EU) 2016/797 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 May 2016 on the interoperability of the rail system within the European Union (OB, L 138 of 2016) (Directive (EU) 2016/797) and of the Council...
