• The subject of the public order is the supply of net active electrical energy by a contractor, coordinator of a standard balancing group, for low voltage with the assumption of the costs of imbalances for objects of the Municipality of Haskovo. The supply of electricity energy must be in accordance with the current regulatory documents: the Energy Act (E), the Electricity Trading Rules (PTEE) and the Rules for Measuring the Quantity of Electric Energy (PIKEE). The volume of the order can be predicts based on consumption in kWh of the objects according to detailed information references for a 24-month period according to ITN. According to references for the objects, the consumed electrical energy is in the amount of 5963358 kWh. If necessary, within the deadline of the operation of the contract and the foreseen financial resources, the Employer may include new objects for which he will pay at the price agreed with the contractor.
