- The purpose of this public procurement is to ensure the supply of low-voltage net electricity for sites - real estate provided for the management of the Varna Regional Water and Waste Management Authority and on the territory of the Varna region (according to the list) at freely agreed prices; inclusion of objects in a standard balancing group, kato indirect member, with coordinator the Contractor, incl. provision of services in: forecasting of electricity consumption, planning, ordering and balancing; preparing and submitting hourly daily schedules and sending them for administration of the information flow from the Electricity Systeman operator /"ESO" EAD/; taking responsibility for balancing - the obligation to financially settle the differences between the amount of electricity according to the registered schedule/forecast of consumption and the actual consumption reported by the means of commercial metering.
