- During the delivery, electrical energy should be supplied with quality and in order, as provided for in the Energy Act (EL) and other legal acts that regulate public relations related to the supply of electrical energy (incl. the regulations to ZE, the Rules for Trading in Electric Energy (PTEE) and the Rules for Measuring the Quantity of Electric Energy (PIKEE). As a "balancing group coordinator", the Contractor should take responsibility for balancing, yes included the Employer in the balancing energy market as a participant (indirect member) in a standard balancing group, without the Employer paying a participation fee, as well as providing forecasting of the Employer's consumption, including hours administration consumption schedules of the Contracting Authority.
